We are a team of four designers focusing their efforts on crafting functional designer bags and fashion accessories.

Our philosophy is to express our art at the highest level possible. To do that, we design and make our products ourselves.

We exclusively work with high-end genuine leather sourced from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Our sewing workshop is located in Brussels, Belgium.

The only items that are not produced by us are accessories such as zippers and the plaques on which our logo is engraved.

We also believe in the importance of the local and regional economy. So we work with Belgian and Dutch suppliers for these items we do not produce.

The intention is to grow our workshop and expertise so we can do everything ourselves.

We design functional bags that have the looks, the spirit and the feel of high-end designer bags.

All our creations are handmade.

We constantly study the ergonomics of our bags so you can carry all your personal items efficiently, comfortably and in style!

Our core product has a separate compartment designed for an isothermal box. You will soon keep your lunch food at desired temperature and carry your everyday life items in the same bag! That makes it ideal for long trips, picnics in the park or simply for your lunch at the office.

We also design fashion accessories.

We work exclusively with Belgian and Dutch suppliers.

It is possible to personalize your product by engraving your name or initials at the desired place. We can use different engraving techniques in order to have the desired look.

Your food is kept at desired temperature thanks to a 12-micron metallic polyester foil (100% polyethylene, 90 microns):

The products will be delivered to the address you have indicated in the order.

We will need you - or any other person replacing and duly authorized by you - to sign upon delivery of the products.

For security reasons, we do not process any order addressed to a post office box nor accept any order that does not allow to identify the natural person held to be the recipient of the order and the relevant address.

This email will provide you with a shipment tracking code and an exclusive link that will allow you to real-time monitor the delivery.

With that being said, we hope that you understand that the delivery can take up to 30 (thirty) days following the purchase.  This period could be extended to 60 (sixty) days in the case of force majeure.

Should the delivery take longer than 60 (sixty) days, the shipping costs will be refunded on the payment method used when placing the order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Should the return be accepted, you will be refunded. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Personalized Products cannot be returned nor exchanged. Since they are permanently modified, and personalized specifically for you, and that they cannot in any way be restored, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal nor exchange in relation to these products.
